CIC Market Solutions has appointed Thibaut Simonnet as head of the Primary Market Solutions activity, following the departure of Philippe Cassagnes to take part in an associative project as part of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale's sponsorship programme.
Bruno Gaheri has been appointed Head of ECM (Equity Capital Market).
Antoine Desplanques will continue to be in charge of the Debt Capital Market (DCM) business and to provide cross-functional leadership for the Fixed Income business line, which has enjoyed very solid growth over the past ten years.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to Philippe for his excellent results and hard work alongside us over all these years: starting in 1997, he was successively head of the New York office and head of the trading floor, before taking over as head of primary activities.
